Tuition Information

Tuition is due by the 10th of: 

                 August                   November               February             
             September               December                 March               
                October                    January                     April
               (There is no tuition due for the month of May)              
                  

Tuition is due at the first class your student attends each month and is considered late if it has not been paid by the 10th of each month. At that time a $5.00 late fee will be assessed to the account. NO monthly bills will be sent. It is your responsibility to note your payment and the due date. Students with a 25-day balance on their account will not be allowed to participate in classes or performances. Tuition payments can be made several different ways.

1.  To pay by check, please make sure your check is made out to "Armstrong School of Dance" and includes your dancers name. Hand this to a teacher or studio assistant  please.

2.  To pay with cash, please make sure to give tuition to a teacher or studio assistant and then wait for a receipt. Accounts will only be credited from a receipt copy. DO NOT JUST LEAVE TUITION ON THE STUDIO DESK!!! 

3. To have an ACH withdrawal directly from your bank account, please contact the Studio for an ACH form, attach a canceled check (not deposit slip) and return to the studio by the first class of the month. Participants of the ACH monthly draft will receive a discount of $2.00 off per student per month.

4. To pay semi-annually or annually. Students paying semi-annually receive a 5% discount per tuition payment (Aug & Jan), while students paying annually will receive a 10% discount up front.  (Annual payment includes costume fee too)

If you should ever have trouble with tuition or fees, please contact Sarah as soon as possible to avoid accumulating late fees. The studio does not mind working with tuition issues but we must be made aware so we can assist.

  **These fees apply to the Costumes ordered for the Spring  
    Recital (& include a recital t-shirt) and must be ordered in
    December to ensures timely delivery!  There is no charge 
   for the Christmas Costumes, unless you fail to return it or if
                           there is damage to any parts.
