Jr. JALLET- is the name for a combo Ballet/Jazz class and will open the door to additional music and moves (1 hour class)
Jr. AUX - is a class that will combine the movements of ballet and jazz with the addition of Flags, poms, streamers or props, much like the Auxiliaries at ULHS, limited space due to props - 1 hour class
+ - Classes that start with a "+" are "add on" classes and cannot be taken on their own. These 30 minute classes are $25 a month, meets in person 1 week and online the next and only takes place for 1/2 a year. These classes are for a range of ages and will focus on flexibility, turns, leaps, strength training & conditioning and barre work, as well as, content that will build a better technique and skill for their other classes.
*Please understand that schedules are subject to change times, classes or teachers based on information from the local school system
as it is made available to us. ASOD will attempt to work with as many of the various activities that we can possibly work with, BUT if you
will be missing more than 3 classes per session (Aug - Dec or Jan - May) due to your participation in another activity then we will be asking
the dance to choose one. Continued absence from a class makes it difficult to move forward at a steady pace, set placement for recitals
and do skill/partner work, possibly slowing down the entire class. Please know that our first and foremost desire is to see these dancers
go farther in skill and performance every year and that is going to happen is they are not in class.
